(2)As for the acquisition price of the properties installed with solar panels, the acquisition price of the property added with the acquisition price of the solar panel is indicated.
(3)Based on the asset valuation method and standards, which are provided in GLP J-REIT regulations, and the regulations of the Investment Trusts Association, Japan, appraisal values of assets were appraised or investigated by a real estate appraiser as of the time of pricing at the end of February 2018. As for “GLP Urayasu”, “GLP Funabashi II”, “GLP Misato” and “GLP Maishima I” acquired on March 1, 2018, appraisal value at the time of pricing at August 20, 2017 as stated in the appraisal reports is indicated. As for "GLP Soja I" and "GLP Soja II", their appraisal values at the time of pricing at December 31, 2017 as stated in the appraisal reports are indicated.
Additionally, as for the properties installed with solar panels acquired on March 1, 2018, values that were appraised or investigated as of the end of February 2018 for that property added with the appraisal value (post acquisition values that were appraised or investigated as of December 31, 2017) of each solar panel and the difference between prior to acquisition values that were appraised or investigated are indicated.
(4)"Leasable area" is the area of property or property in trust that is available for lease in accordance with the relevant lease agreement or architectural drawing, and rounded down to the nearest decimal place. "Leasable area" may change slightly, according to the lease contracts, etc.
GLP-MFLP Ichikawa Shiohama is a property under joint co-ownership which GLP-JREIT holds 50% beneficiary right of real estate in trust. “Leasable area” stated above is computed by multiplying 50% of the joint co-ownership ratio.
